Tuition: Each spring the School Committee and Parish Council set the tuition for the following school year. Every family is asked to sign a tuition contract.
1. Tuition may be paid in the following manner:
a. One payment on or before September 15th
b. Two payments: On or before September 15th and February 15th
c. Four payments: On or before September 15th, December 15th, March 15th, and May 15th
d. Ten payments: Starting in August, 1/10 of the tuition total is due the first of each month throughout the school year.
e. Other (income tax refund, etc.) To be discussed and agreed upon with the principal prior to the start of the school year.
2. The tuition for the 2011-2012 school year is as follows:
a. Parish Member
i. 1 Child $2300
ii. 2 Children $3600
iii. 3 Children $4500
iv. 4 Children $4500
b. Non-Parish, Catholic: Catholic family belonging to another parish.
i. Each child $2700
3. Tuition Payment Books: Each family who pays tuition for a child in K-8 will be given a Tuition Payment Book regardless of how you will make your payments. If you only have one payment, just send it back with your booklet. Please use the envelopes to return tuition payments at the appropriate times.
Book Fees: The fee per child, K-8, is $150 ($130 if paid by June 1 of the preceding school year.)
Graduation Fee: A graduation fee of $25 is payable to the school by May 1.
Computer Fee: $50 per child is due at the beginning of the school year.
Athletic Fee: $40 for any student in grades 5-8 who will participate in any sport. This fee is due at the beginning of the school year.
TUITION ASSISTANCE:
The Guardian Angel Fund was established to help families with the cost of tuition. Families can apply for tuition assistance by requesting an application from the principal of the school. Only the pastor and the principal are privy to the information contained in the application.
